Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Deendayal Plots Yojna (ADM Developers Partner), we believe in transparency. Below are the terms for refunds and cancellations regarding plot applications under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY) scheme.
- Refund for Unsuccessful Applications: All unsuccessful applications for plot allotment will receive a 100% refund of the registration amount. This refund will be processed within 20-30 working days from the date of the official allotment announcement.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original bank account or payment method provided by the user at the time of application. No cash refunds will be entertained.
- Zero Deduction Policy: If the allotment is not confirmed or cancelled by the developer due to technical reasons, a 100% refund will be issued without any administrative charges.
- Voluntary Cancellation: If a user wishes to cancel their application after allotment, the refund will be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the Developer-Buyer Agreement (ADM Developers) and Haryana Government’s DDJAY guidelines.
